Hospo operates its primary staffing service via WhatsApp Business, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. When you communicate with us through WhatsApp, we receive the content of those messages and the phone number from which they are sent. We use this information to process shift requests, confirm bookings, and manage the staffing process.
WhatsApp processes your data under its own privacy policy, which you should review separately. Meta may transfer your data internationally. Where we instruct Meta to process data on our behalf, it acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement.
We use Jotform to collect shift applications from Freelancers. When you submit a shift application via Jotform, we receive the information you enter in that form. Jotform processes this data on our behalf as a data processor.
We only use your personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so under UK GDPR. The table below sets out our purposes, the types of data we use, and the legal basis for each.
